If you are interested in attending a four year college or university after high school you know that having good grades and test scores are important. It is also important to be involved with leadership and community service. Another factor is being involved in college summer programs. Annalisa Carrillo-Fulk will be on campus to discuss the Summer Scholar Program at UC Irvine. This program is designed for sophomores and juniors, but seniors can also be involved. Participation in summer programs will not guarantee you admission to a UC or another four year school, but it is something that is looked upon favorably if you do well.
